Drawing on his experience of leading law firms, barristers’ chambers and accountancy practices, he became a consultant to the professions in 2015 and remains one of the only business professionals in the market to have led such diverse groups of practitioners, their businesses and clients.

Over the years, Jonathan has become a leading expert in analysing professional services at a strategic and operational level, particularly when it comes to pricing, teams and client service. He is often tasked with creating the frameworks for delivering core operational areas such as administration, finance, human resources, technology, risk and marketing, plus key partner initiatives around development, performance management, recruitment, and remuneration.

Jonathan is also regularly called upon to bring alignment and balance to boards as an executive chairman or non-executive director. Crucially, he excels at developing strategy and meaningful business plans to ensure that organisations take control of their destiny in a complex, heavily regulated and uncertain world.
