Owen has worked for over 20 years in the International Arbitration sector, working with leading law firms, lawyers, arbitrators, mediators, barristers and arbitral institutions worldwide. He has an extensive global address book with key jurisdictions outside of the UK including MENA, North and South America & ASEAN regions, and managed the International Arbitration departments at two of London’s leading commercial barristers chambers.

In 2019, Owen opened the International Arbitration Centre, a world class arbitration facility in the heart of legal London, taking an empty office building from a blank canvas to a world-class ADR facility, recognised as the most technically advanced hearing facility globally.

He is the founder of Int-Arb Arbitrators and Mediators, with offices in London & Washington DC, offering management services to Independent Arbitrators, plus IAC Online, a secure market leading online arbitration platform. The platform attracted major institutions, Governments and clients from all over the world and became a recognised go to platform for top tier law firms.
