Rhian has a diverse legal and business background, with over 20 years’ experience as an Employment Lawyer both in Private Practise and in-House. This experience has given her a great insight into the running of businesses from a variety of different angles. Rhian has worked with and in a variety of roles from City law firms, working in-house, being part of and advising Senior Executive and Leadership teams in a wide range of legal and non-legal capacities. Her extensive in-house experience has enabled her to branch out and become more than a Lawyer, with far reaching roles supporting, coaching and advising executive and management teams on strategy, change and reputation management and business advancement as well as law.
